GrußPilot Pro is digital content not supplied on a physical medium. Special rules on the right of withdrawal apply to such content.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins when the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement by email to support@grusspilot.gofxm.de quoting the order reference is sufficient.

Early expiry

For digital content the right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun performance after you expressly agreed that we may begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

This consent is obtained explicitly during checkout. The license key is provided immediately after payment.

Regardless of the above: if GrußPilot does not work for you or does not do what you expected, get in touch. We look for a solution before pointing at deadlines.
